- We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG, the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
Intended purpose
Calenu is an administrative service. It shows the appointment times that practices release and transmits the booking details between a person and the practice that person chooses. Calenu makes no diagnosis, does not assess urgency or severity, gives no treatment advice and monitors no one’s health. Calu, the guide, shows from fixed word lists which specialty fits, as information; the person decides. The numbers 112 and 116117, and the card that appears when certain words are typed, are general information and never block anything. Calenu is therefore not intended as a medical device under Art. 2(1) MDR.
